hi, everyone I've a problem on webui, after i setup my local obs server. Use the webui to connect obs-server, have following errors : ------------------------------ openSUSE Webclient Error: Error Details: Errorcode: unknown Message: Interrupted system call ================================= My step is: 1. Set up obs-server 1.7b2, use webui to connect server 2. after several times clicked, the webui must have above error. 3. restart lighttpd , and after several times clicked, the webui have above error also. But the following setps I've tested,but the problem is remain: 1. use the webclient which belong 1.6 version of obs-server, connect the 1.7 version obs obs-server, have nothing errors! 2. test the 1.7b3 3. test install a new enviroment 1.7b3,and start webui only, connect to my obs server. OK, try osc repairlink: BuildService API error: source link never worked Oh really? I'm pretty sure it did because I was editing those files... [opensuse-buildservice] Permission denied for exec scripts in chroot enviroment.

hi, everybody I'm found that obs can not retain the files' permission in chroot build enviroment. In my local obs server, the build result of many packages have errors like following: ---------------------------------------------------------- + cp -pr examples/autofs examples/LDAP examples/libsmbclient examples/misc examples/printer-accounting /var/tmp/samba-3.0.33- root/usr/share/doc/samba-3.0.33 + cp -pr examples/printing /var/tmp/samba-3.0.33- root/usr/share/doc/samba-3.0.33 + exit 0 error: Couldn't exec /usr/src/turbo/SOURCES/filter-requires-samba.sh: Permission denied getOutputFrom(): Broken pipe ========================================================== because the file have not excute permission, the exec will "Permission denied". So I added "chmod a+x $BUILD_ROOT/$TOPDIR/SOURCES/*" before chroot in /usr/lib/obs/server/build/build : ------------------------------------------------ 1535 chmod 755 $BUILD_ROOT/.build.command 1536 # Jian Lee: add the exec premission to all files 1537 chmod a+x $BUILD_ROOT/$TOPDIR/SOURCES/* 1538 chroot $BUILD_ROOT su -c /.build.command - $BUILD_USER < /dev/null && BUILD_SUCCEEDED=true 1539 fi ========================================= Maybe next version can solve this problem. Hello all, As you know, the Fedora macros have a dist macro in the release of their packages. So I set my own dist macro in the Project Config and everytime it builds, it changes dist to a random number. Help? Hi, everybody Many people who have setup obs-server at localhost would have puzzle about relsync rebuild. Many times we doesn't need rebuild packages. I'm want to share my idea that disable relsync rebuild on OBS. hi, everybody May be there are many people have found that Ajax apply on serach easy to 'dead' all time, when a project have many (eg, 1000) packages. The openSUSE Build Service team is proud to present OBS 1.7 Beta 3 after a hot bugfixing week. This Beta 3 should be almost the 1.7 release candidate. The only issue which we might fix before are the hard coded references to static.opensuse.org in the neutral web theme. You can download it as usual from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:Tools:Unstable/ The packages are available for openSUSE and SLES 11 and are marked as version 1.6.92. An update from a 1.6 version should run smooth meanwhile. But please read the README.UPDATERS file. The OBS Appliance made also good progress and should be really usable now. Please find details here: http://en.opensuse.org/Build_Service/OBS-Appliance USB/Hard disk images and ISO Images are available. Known issues of these images are currently: * 64bit USB Image is not bootable. * To boot Live CDs you need to type "linux" + Enter. [opensuse-buildservice] packages in scheduled state in spite of 2/3 of x86_64 build hosts being idle

Hi, last check in for home:frispete:branches:KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop/python-kde3 was yesterday 21:26, but after a full day, some targets still keen hanging in scheduled state. Is that to be expected? Why? Or do I have to bung somebody, whom?
