I have random processes go into uninterruptible sleep (kio_http, kio_imaps, konsole, klines) -- a process log is attached. This makes KDE refuse to shut down, and, what is worse, it makes the system shut down uncleanly. I used this kernel for a full 24 hours including several full KDE rebuilds and I see no dead processes including the previously mentioned konsole. The only strange behaviour I saw was a memory thrash due to an infinite bunch of Amarok processes trying to launch - as if someone was repeatedly launching it.
