It actually points to /usr/lib64/firefox/firefox.sh, which I guess is expected on x86_64. /usr/lib/firefox/firefox.sh doesn't even exist on my system.
Yes, that's expected in that case.
That being said... flash-player is an i586 rpm on my system, so maybe I am supposed to install a 32-bit Firefox to get flash and other plug-ins to work again?
You need nspluginwrapper to make Flash (and others but Java) work with the 64bit Firefox.
