I have changed desktop themes to all installed and none of them changed those icons!!!
And what icontheme did you configure in systemsettings ??
breeze, dark breeze, openSUSE, openSUSEdark, openSUSElight, air, oxygene
Not only those shutdown, reboot and log-out icons have been changed, but for example application icons VLC, SMPlayer, Ktorrent and mime types icons for pictures and videos have been changed to breeze as well!!! :(
Those icons are controlled by the icontheme that can be defined through systemsettings. Did you check what icontheme you have actually active ?
Yes, I did and to be 100% sure I changed them to adwaita and then back to oxygen but still those horrible breeze icons wouldn't vanish.
Back then I managed to changed them back to oxygen by deleting breeze and hicolor catalogs in /usr/share/icons and it went back to normal, but now it
Wow, this is solving issues with a big hammer and just keep on banging until it is fixed :) As before did you actually ever looked to change the icontheme defined in the systemsettings ?
As before - Yes, I did !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
shutdown, reboot and log-out icons in KDE menu are breeze and all breeze is terrible!!! :(
Whether or not you find the breeze icons terrible, is not a bug. You can set a different icontheme through the systemsettings, so you have choices.
The thing is I can't change those icons to oxygen because they always stay breeze. They only go back to oxygene when I uninstalled last framework updates. I am not gonna reply to Wolfgang Bauer because he is totally full of lack of logic and knowledge :( -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
