--- Comment #22 from Eduard Avetisyan
Hi Eduard,
Thanks a lot for testing and confirming the result.
For now, if you want to change the command line options, you have to move your highlight to the desired entry and type 'e' to edit. We may bring the F1-2-3-4-5 key and "Boot Options" back (maybe the most distinct openSUSE gfxboot feature) but not in 12.2 as we don't have too much time left.
The improvement to the theme (usability & looking and feel) probably the major task for 12.3.
12.3? Which is to come in 9-12 months? are you serious? Didn't you SuSE guys decide that a release comes when it's ready, not by a timeplan ? As for the look'n'feel+functionality - if I'm not mistaken grub2 has been running on Fedora and ubuntu for a while already, and there is a version with F1-5 or similar. Why not use things other distros spent time+effort already ? If it's really going to be the case I'll stick to 12.1 or even better 11.4 for another while... -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
