Currently, the selected language is English. If I go to 'Region and Language settings' dialog, the 'English' entry is highlighted. (There's also British English, Chinese (simplified), Spanish'. I want to add 'Czech' -> click on the '+' button, select 'Czech'. It is now present and highlighted. So far so good. After opening the 'Region and Language settings' dialog again, the 'Czech' entry disappeared and 'English' is highlighted again.
