ok, I have implemented a better system to strip and extract the kernel
data from the boot images. The old version uses a script named like the
name of the kernel package. For kernel-default the script config/kernel-default
exists. This package script was called automatically and has the bug you
stumbled over.
I moved that script into a common function in KIWIConfig.sh and make it
more robust concerning the kernel version check. It also tooks care if
more than one kernel is installed which is evil because who should know
what kernel should be used for booting ;) In that case the last one handled
is the winner
The new function call is implemented in the images.sh script for all boot
images meanwhile the config/ directories have been removed completely.
I'm still testing this before I create new packages
IMPORTANT
---------
if you have your own boot image description you should make sure the
images.sh script contains the function call:
suseStripKernel
and the config/kernel-* file must be removed to avoid conflicts
