JFYI: openSUSE-13.1 is pretty old and it is not supported anymore [1].
I decided to stay with 13.1 because it is the current LTS / Evergreen version of openSUSE, maintained until November 2016. See the note in your link [1] and [4]. [...]
But I found in the changelog this bug [3] which has been fixed in 13.2. It basically means the test does not work because there was a wrong regexp used for parsing the response (introduced by the YCP->Ruby conversion).
Because 13.1 is not supported anymore we won't fix the bug there, simply ignore the reported error.

So, if I understand it correctly, there is no longtime supported consistent version of openSUSE anymore? I'm scared...
