Hi Lukas,
What to do with this? https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=299625
Hi,
That enhancement seems to take more than hours to implement and in such case, we should use a FATE tool - a database of wanted features to be selected by the product/project management to be implemented.
It's not just about "adding one more button somewhere", partitioner, as it already is, seems to be a bit overcrowded by buttons and functionality. It maybe just needs to think more before the implementation and it's also connected with another wanted features for the partitioner (e.g., redesign).
Thanks for explanation. ...
Anyway, it's not a catch (22) as it's written in that particular enhancement/comment#7. Thomas just didn't explicitly write that he had transformed it to FATE by himself.
Sincerely, what would you think in my position. Bug was closed/resolved as invalid with comment 4. (I still don't understand how enhancement can be invalid.) I can imagine that Thomas was busy at the time (10.3 testing), but a bit more verbosity will save me a lot of search. I went trough announcement, project, factory lists and openSUSE wiki, but couldn't find anything about FATE being accessible for users. -- Regards, Rajko. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: yast-devel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: yast-devel+help@opensuse.org
