Removing the remains of Kickstart import
- undocumented
- out of sync with
https://pykickstart.readthedocs.io/en/latest/kickstart-docs.html#example-kic...
- unavailable in Qt
- https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1061620 (tmpnam) was the last straw
- most importantly, we do not WANT to support this: if we kept this
working it would be too little gain for too much work
