Cleanup: Rename all radiobutton to radiobut
The meaning of radiobut and radiobutton is the same, but it is confusing
if the same thing is named differently in different functions.

Remove "(scp)" comment from SSH target type
This "scp" remark is highly confusing, not the least because kdump has
never been able to save file using the SCP protocol. The "ssh://" scheme
used to mean SFTP, but recent kdump versions start a "dd" command on the
target machine and send dump data over standard input.

Add SFTP target type
The SFTP target is still available in recent kdump versions, but its URL
scheme has changed to 'sftp://'. Reflect this fact in the UI.
