Support failsafe kernel parameters
This patch implements necessary widgets for editing failsafe kernel
options in dialog and receiving initial proposed settings from
BootArch::FailsafeKernelParams.

Use product name in distributor
Use product name (for eg openSUSE 12.2) in distributor instead
of default "openSUSE" to get better idea on what is being
installed, which will show on grub2's menu and UEFI boot manager.

Rearrange widgets in dialog
Since we had added more and more widgets, it becomes crowded and
bad look and feel. This patch re-arranges some of the widgets to
get better look and effeciency usage of available spaces.

Fix redundant kernel append
Because BootCommon::kernelCmdLine is not set correctly, there might
have redundant kerenl append (like video=) since UpdateKernelParams
refers it to know what are the newly added parameters.
