We should probably start thinking about a 1.2.6 release. Any non-isolated show-stoppers left?
Yes, indeed we should.
Showstoppers from my side:
- RV740 acceleration corrupts. I'll have to double check the radeon driver. If it fails as well, I'll disable this particular chip, otherwise I'll try to figure out what's different, but I could use some help there.
Disable the exa download from screen hooks for small pixmaps on rv740. Most rv740 chips seem to have problems rendering to small pixmaps in gart memory. Alex
- Backlight on some machines is broken - Egbert wanted to look into that after he fixed some issues with the LSB test suite. - Option "AccelMethod" "shadowfb" should disable dri by default, otherwise it will fall back to noaccel. Only by default, Option "DRI" should still re-enable dri. Trivial, want to do this this week.
Nothing else I can remember.
