Some debugging output for this issue.
Dominik, could you please apply the following patch and run the Xserver again?
What this patch does:
1. It prints out the arguments to memcpy()
2. it prevents memcpy() from being called.
The reason for 2.: I would like to see if X starts if we don't do this memcpy()
of if we run into a problem someplace else.
You text console may not restore correctly with with patch, but this is not
considered to be the solution anyway.
