Hi,
I know it's only alpha but in some cases radeonhd works better than
fglrx :-) I.e. switching to text console works perfect (not like in
fglrx 8.42.3...)

Some data:
CPU Mobile DualCore Intel Core Duo T2300, 1666 MHz
Name Asus A6000J Series Notebook
Video ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 (512 MB)
Monitor AU Optronics B154EW01 [15.4" LCD]
BIOS American Megatrends Inc. A6JAS.206

No video cable connected:
Checking connectors on 0x71C5, 0x1043, 0x10B2 (@01:00:00):
Load Detection: RHD_OUTPUT_NONE
HotPlug: RHD_HPD_NONE
DDC: RHD_DDC_NONE
LVDS Info:
18bits, single link, LDI Panel found.
Power Timing: 0xF9F, 0x000, 0x03, 0x19, 0x1F4
Macro: 0x0C720407, Clock Pattern: 0x0063

DVI-I Cable connected:
Checking connectors on 0x71C5, 0x1043, 0x10B2 (@01:00:00):
Load Detection: RHD_OUTPUT_TMDSA
HotPlug: RHD_HPD_0
DDC: RHD_DDC_1
LVDS Info:
18bits, single link, LDI Panel found.
Power Timing: 0xF9F, 0x000, 0x03, 0x19, 0x1F4
Macro: 0x0C720407, Clock Pattern: 0x0063

lspci | grep ATI
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc M56P
[Radeon Mobility X1600]

I'm not sure where to post BIOS dump or xorg.0.log (it's around 100kB
together)

I cannot get any picture on external display. It's LCD TV connected via
DVI-I cable. It's OK?

Thanks to all developers!
Pefi
