I can't format a UDF CD-RW on a DVD burner ? Should I use a CD burner to format a udf CD-RW ? About that, some thougts, the spin speed of the DVD is many times low than a CD, cause the density of the disc, then if your drive spins 1 time with a DVD, reads about 7 times more data than on a CD, if you try to get the same speed on a DVD-BURNER, the spin of the motor should go terribly faster, and in several cases you are wasting the mechanics and life of the Unit.
Then, even you didn't care about the price of the unit, or you can buy one whenever you want, I suggest to you to buy a CD-RW burner. :) -- Gustavo Guillermo Pérez Compunauta uLinux www.compunauta.com
