filed a bug under bugzilla #1159688 <https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1159688>, under networking, because I didn't see a section for mirrors. But I have a feeling that networking isn't the right place either. I'm assuming the right way to report a bug in the mirror system is to file a bug, but should there be a section called mirrors, or is networking the right section because the network mirrors are messed up? How can I download from 'download.opensuse.org' and not get shunted off to some random mirror that may or may not be up to day. One would certainly think a mirror could have downloaded a release from the 16th (this being the 20th).... Sadly, I don't see how this wouldn't affect the non-rolling release as well, but probably not as often as it doesn't update as often. Though it seems updates might be released as often as tumbleweed releases(?), so maybe it does affect it as often?
