Ok, then, but in that case I would ask those people to specifically say this in all their posts, in one line in signature or salutation - because I will not be able to remember which are the people that want a CC ;-)
Fortunately, there is a better way. (i.e. one that might work :) If somebody wants a personal reply sent, as well as the copy to the list, then they should set a reply-to header indicating that. Then the MUA of whoever is replying will take care of the request.
Will not work, see my procmail rule. I overwrite the reply-to header.
