It should appear as soundcard once paired in sound resources. Choose A2DP for music (otherwise no stereo and shitty quality). Use instead HSP profile for headset. You must give the BT soundcard / device a higher priority than the systemsoundcard in order to switch (if(!) it switches. Generally I switch manually (as I am not only using it for 2 minutes.
For who comes by reading this: do not try in 42.1 as there the headset support is broken (no audio profiles can be changed, changes are not honoured). In 42.2 it should be O.K.
