Brilliant. That's solved a problem that I'd reported as a bug with my Logitech K750 USB wireless keyboard. Since upgrading to oS 13.2, the Number keypad stopped working, however many times I toggled the NumLock key. I don't know if it was a KDE bug.
Since installing LockKeysState QML widget, it's started working again. This keyboard also doesn't have indicator lights, which is why I installed the widget.
Back to Bugzilla to report the happy news...
Unfortunately, the improvement was not persistent. :-( https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=916246 is still open.
