[opensuse] gpsd startup for non-USB devices

I am curious if there are any plans for a systemd method to start gpsd. I see that if the GPS is a USB device, then it is started via udev. But what if it is an RS-232 device? I think that then you must make your own startup script. I have no problem doing so.
