That's a feature of the mailing list manager that isn't available for our version yet. Maybe later...
From my point of view our emails are currently just randomly delayed ... and that's really annoying. Last week I've spent at least 30 minutes to validate my email setup because one email did not appeared on the list. It took about 20 hours before my email got through so in the meanwhile I had completely forgotten about it and missed all the answers to my question. People already started to complain about me.
