Which is nice in a corporate setting, but you will need special hardware
Bzzt. wrong. You can use it already if you have two seperate GPU's (thus if you have a recent Intel processor or AMD APU in combination with another nVidia/amd card) you only need a 2nd keyboard/mouse and monitor. Work is going on so even on a single gpu with more than one connector this will work.
It already works even on a single monitor since always... Its running fine without systemd. The only problem is that more and more programs are using stupid dbus, logind or whatever magic so that they don't even run properly with "su" or "ssh -X" anymore. Tunderbird/Firefox are worst examples. I guess here comes systemd and soon wayland to introduce even more crap to let it work again and btw to disable network transparency completely ... cu, Rudi -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
