[opensuse] Writing raw data to a partition makes the system mad at me. :-}

Hi,

I'm writing raw pseudo random data to /dev/sdg1, up to capacity, at full 
speed (don't ask: test procedure).

The system is getting mad at me, spiting bad language every ten seconds or so:
