[opensuse] How to send executable script ?

I would like to send a script by email to clients. But they would not know to use terminal or chmod. If they would just have to double clic on file, it would be perfect. Could be under KDE3, KDE4 or Gnome. When they have saved the file on local disk, how to make it run ? By default, the file is opened by the text editor... -> I can easily customize the script -> I can ask clients to do anything by phone :) well, not to complicated. Any trick ?
