Indeed, but the different licensing terms are still an issue.
Isn't the licencing the thing that Apache is actually sorting out during the "incubation time"?
Doesn't this make the development "easier" or at least more "free"? And wouldn't the LibreOffice developpers be better off in a "clean" licenceing environment?
