I am reasonably certain I used my USB hard drive at least once to back up after upgrading with "zypper dup" from 11.4 to 12.2. But starting yesterday, no notification when I plug it in. Relevant /var/log/messages section below. Any recommendation on how to fix it?
The disk is there, but there is no partition table:

You can do "fdisk -l /dev/sdb" to check. If there is no partition, you can do "file -s /dev/sdb" to check if there is a filesystem. If there is, you can mount it manually. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
