Hi.
Today I tried to update system from 12.1 to 12.2 and I chose using DVD disk to be sure that it is usable for my PC (it had some hardware issues until recent kernel versions). Installation process was fine until installing packages. About 20% of them were installed with additional rpm warning like: "%post(package-name.1.0.rpm) scriptlet failed, exit status is 127 " and about 50 packages were not installed at all.
sounds like a broken DVD.
P.S. system is 64 bit, image is openSUSE-12.2-DVD-x86_64.iso, md5 checksums are same
Did you md5sum the downloaded ISO *and* the burnt DVD? Have a nice day, Berny -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
