Yes, I agree with you. :)
But at some point having to put up with all the "oh my god!" and "You can't do that here!" replys it just becomes not worth the crap to try to find a little help.
Instead of all the little do's and don't rules, why not just have a single "no unhelpful replys" rule. That one rule would put ol' Pat out of business in no time.

I think everyone needs to take a deep breath and move on. Sigs are a way of showing personality. Making one unique. Sort of, well, human. Isn't this the point of this list, and the software we use (and some create) and discuss here? Anyway, if someone doesn't like a sig (or a post), move on. Its not the end of the world. Personally I don't use one. But I do find some of them very entertaining. As for the odd one I don't care for, well, as I said, I move on. No biggie.
