[opensuse] kbuildsyscoca4 running... ; what file do I edit

In Konsole as a super user, the following message popped up: kbuildsyscoca4 running... kbuildsyscoca4(6122) parseLayoutNode: The menu spec file contains a Layout or DefaultLayout tag without the mandatory Merge tag inside. Please fix your file. What should I do? I did run KWrite from the command line prior to this.
