Present in earlier copies of file managers? Hadn't noticed this. It is certainly NOT present in mc (Midnight Commander) which is what I use 99.9% of the time when I need to do something with a directory or a file. (Now, if someone could come up with a clone of Power File Gold (Windows app.) for Linux.......aaah, *that* would be really great! :-) .)
