[opensuse] How to build a package with additional options | YAST

Hello list, I'm trying to figure out, how can I build the curl package with the = option "--with-libssh2" using YAST or another command line tool (CLI). I can do this downloading, extracting and using the source code with = well known procedures like configure make make install; but I want to = know if OpenSuse have a CLI tool in similar way like Ubuntu do with = dpkg-buildpackage.
