good, thanks

However I see in:

Google - http://www.google.com/search?q=creating+systemd+services

"Create the service file
# vi /lib/systemd/system/radinfo.service"

I feel very bad writing anything myself in /lib! (let alone for backup
purpose).

But I see a "/etc/systemd/system" folder.

May I write my service file there?

That would be my immediate guess. I would expect /lib/systemd to be
meant for vendor/systemd provided services, where /etc/systemd could be
for locally provided services.

Just a guess though.
