[opensuse] KDE crashing bug not fixed in openSUSE
I get hit by the following crashing bug almost every time I log out:

I usually just click ‘Close’ and be done with it, but this I decided to let
DrKonqi figure out if it was a known bug. And it turned out to be *very*
well known, with tons of duplicate reports. And apparently fixed. But not in
openSUSE. One of the more recent comments in the bug is:

There is no need for intermediate fixes as this has been properly fixed
for a while by now, just look at the bug status. For some reason the fix
doesn't get shoved to the distros, therefore we still see bug reports from
Ubuntu and SuSe. It feels like distros want to display KDE in the worst
possible light (and KDE doesn't miss a chance to help them).

So my question is *why* doesn’t a bug like this get into openSUSE? (This is
not meant as a rhetorical question; I’m genuinely interested in the answer.)
