It appears that server is refusing connection when connection is made by using PRC proxy IP addresses or it something on Internet could blocking it. Can we ask owners of these sites to check and allow communication our PRC proxy ip addresses if they block it based on source IP. We can redirect traffic to other proxy for PRC users due CCR rules. This should have been escalated by GSM to NTS Ops. GSM should know how to do that. NTS Ops can (and does) make changes to the Autoproxy script, they know how to do this, I can only assume they have not seen the escalation. Proxy Ops: Can you look into this. PRC subnets need to stay in PRC using PRC Proxies. Please treat with priority. They cannot (by Chinese law) be re-directed or failed over to non-PRC Internet access. Also, if you haven’t seen this, we need to have a discussion with GSM on how to escalate Autoproxy issues!
