I've just done a fresh install of 11.3 + updates, and I've ended up with a system that leaves my root filesystem mounted read-only. Has anyone else had a similar issue?
FYI, it looks like root is mounted read-only at first (normal), but then never remounted rw. Did anyone fiddle with the initrd startup?

I have two time where I had a read only file system. The first when I was using a IDE/Raid controller that openSUSE seem to not like. The other time was I had major disc issue. It seem smart picked up on the drive was failing, so it mark it read only. Just long enough for me to do a dd of to an image file. -- ----------------------------------------- Discover it! Enjoy it!
