Today I was added this new data to the message but did not go through. Really hope someone can give me a hint.
If I remove poppler-data the pdf shows garble, whereas with poppler-data installed it shows squares instead of the actual character. So maybe it is a misconfiguration of my fonts? But I did not touch anything, just installed fonts from packages. Where should I look for the problem?
Don't knnow if I can help as I really do not understand your problem. I do not know what cjk is and have little to no knowledge of poppler. But, *normally* when the screen displays garbled characters it is due to incorrect locale settings. Perhaps you can give a detailed listing of your hardware and your installation and redescribe what you do and what you see, someone will chime in with a solution or explanation or directions to determine what is amiss. -- Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://counter.li.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
