Why do I get this info, how can I get rid of it and how can I get my boot around four minutes faster.
The default kernel is nowadays a multi processor one (for obvious reasons) so it tries to get such information from the SRAT (System Resource Affinity Table) table in BIOS. If you want specific info, see the current ACPI specification at http://www.acpi.info/DOWNLOADS/ACPIspec40.pdf . The message simply tells you that it failed to get the info.
