Well, I have been away a week. I was hoping that my earlier issue with the timeouts from this system would have been resolved (expecting them to be mirror issues). This is not the case. So, short of changing all my repos to some place that does not send me off to a mirror, is there anything else I can try to get downloads not to time out? I recall that a few releases ago one could rename the downloader, which resulted in a different downloaded being used. Details are sketchy in my mind.
