It is wrong. You need the localhost entry on 127.0.0.1, as you see on my file above. That is the cause of your problem, I believe.
I THINK the 127.0.0.1 line was locahost under 11.1. Looks like the UiP from 11.1 to 11.2 may have hosed it.

How do I tell which address to use for IPv4 localhost, 127.0.0.1 or 127.0.0.2? Then I can put the IPv4 localhost entry back. Looks like we're getting closer...
