seems like openSUSE network config break the provider system configuration
Sure, the SUSE network config breaks the configuration of the provider. It's _never_ the other way round. ;)

so of course, remote conection impossible!
Ask yourself what you changed last. Ask the rpm DB which packages got instelled recently (rpm -qa --last). Check /etc/sysconfig/network/config for a MANDATORY_DEVICES setting. From the documentation: # If this variable is empty, rcnetwork tries to derive the list of mandatory # devices automatically from the list of existing configurations. Configurations # with names bus-pcmcia or bus-usb or with STARTMODE=hotplug are skipped. (try # '/etc/init.d/rc5.d/S*network start -o debug fake | grep MANDAT') This is all wild guessing. But read on, my dear…
rescue system boot (dmesg):

on the rescue system (the only one I have now), yast don't work (not even in ncurse). How can I fix the network setting?
It looks like the providers offers to use DHCP to configure the NIC. If that's the case I suggest to use DHCP to configure the NIC. Q: How can I check if a DHCP server is available from the local network? A: Call "dhcpcd-test <interface>". The dhcpcd-test helper script is available from the dhcpcd package. If you get a response with settings fitting to your server the /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-eth0 file needs: BOOTPROTO='dhcp' BROADCAST='' ETHTOOL_OPTIONS='' IPADDR='' MTU='' NAME='<your current name setting if available or empty>' NETMASK='' NETWORK='' REMOTE_IPADDR='' STARTMODE='auto' UNIQUE='<your current UNIQUE ID or remove this line>' USERCONTROL='no' Cf. /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg.template for more details and references to more documentation. Q: Are you eating your own dog food yourself and feed your dog via DHCP? A: Yes. PS For those never met me in person: The last comment was a trial of a joke. ;) Lars -- Lars Müller [ˈlaː(r)z ˈmʏlɐ] Samba Team SUSE Linux, Maxfeldstraße 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany
