We provide SIEVE to ~500 end-user via Horde's Ingo web interface. Our "typical office staff" don't seem to have any problem understanding it.
I've not yet taken a look at that, and was referring to raw scripts made by hand and usually made wrong. It was something that disparately cried out for a user friendly interface, so I'll take a look at that.
