[opensuse] Horizontal bands and overlapped lines in firefox and konqueror

I have Firefox 3.5.1 and Konqueror 4.1.3 with KDE 4.10.4. Problem is whenever I surf and scroll the page with my mouse I end up having annoying horizontal bands or overlapped lines in these browsers.
