I think so, yes. I haven't tried, one only remembers these things when the system fails to boot because a partition is not there, and I have to edit the fstab right there. My usual solution is to set it "noauto" and a "0" on the fsck option, but nofail looks interesting, too. - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
