Still more searching - everything is not as it seems.

Per lspci -nn I have a Broadcom BCM4312 [14e4:4315]

The 4315 variant is not supported by the b43 module.

But a very new kernel module (wl.ko) does support it as well as most
of what the b43 module supports.

It is available directly from Broadcom:
http://www.broadcom.com/support/802.11/linux_sta.php

But it comes in a hybrid form.

I can't find it prepacked (compiled) for OpenSUSE 11.1. I have not
even found a HowTo yet.

Does this exist?

If not, I'll download the "hybrid" and use the generic readme.

Thanks
Greg
