I have my site at 3111skyline that seems to display differently
depending of
whether it is hosted on 10.3 or 11.0.

Webservers do not display images, nor have any clue about that file
other than :

- information returned by the stat() system call
- information somewhat similar to the one returned by the file(1) command.
. information you send to it, like your IP address, hostname and browser

In a very simplistic way, it just streams the image as binary content
telling your browser the mime type, size, modification time.. etc in
order to let it handle correctly.

Specifically, all of the element sizes
(fonts, images, divs, etc.) display 10-15% smaller hosted on 10.3 than they do
on 11.0. The difference is quite dramatic. See:

10.3 server (~170k)

11.0 server (~170k)

files are not indentical, you cannot expect to get identical results.
