I don't know what caused it but my machine (KDE) was going a little wacky.
I rebooted and after KDE started I got a dialog box that an oops had
been detected and I just had to click submit or something to send it
in.
I'm not sure what the issue was, but the oops is at:
http://www.kerneloops.org/submitresult.php?number=189171
Does anyone know the life cycle of these reports. Who gets notified? etc?
