It's not bling, that keeps people away from Vista, There are much more fundamental problems with Vista below that bling.
That's true, and I said that. However, I've replaced a LOT of Vista with 11.0 simply because users DON'T like all the "garbage," as most users call it, ("garbage" = "bling") that is part and parcel of Vista. The advantage in KDE is that you can turn it on, AND choose what parts of graphic "goodies" you want to use. NONE of that is possible in Vista.
