Hi all,
I would like to know if someone owns a Thinkpad and is using HDAPS. It seems to be necessary to recompile the kernel, but I would like a confirmation before doing this. And, by the way, is there any plan to include it inside the Suse kernel (or at least the patches) ?
Regards, JC
Doesn't seem like a security patch, so I doubt 11.0 or earlier will get it. (unless they had when released, but I don't think they did.) I assume 11.1 will get a 2.6.28 kernel? If so, it should be in there. http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/HDAPS#Kernel_patch Greg -- Greg Freemyer Litigation Triage Solutions Specialist http://www.linkedin.com/in/gregfreemyer First 99 Days Litigation White Paper - http://www.norcrossgroup.com/forms/whitepapers/99%20Days%20whitepaper.pdf The Norcross Group The Intersection of Evidence & Technology http://www.norcrossgroup.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
