Hello, Using the ATI driver from the ATI repo, everything works, but... I'm using Tools -> Advanced SlideShow in digiKam; it works. When I use "OpenGL slideshow transitions", they all work, but only the "Ken Burns" effect doens't. When I select this effect, the screen goed blank after pressing "start slideshow" and I have to restart KDE (2x ctrl-alt-backspace). Does anybody know a solution to this problem? I think this line in the log message is causing the crash (/var/log/warn and /var/log/messages): Aug 13 01:29:37 laptop kdm[2094]: X server for display :0 terminated unexpectedly I'm using openSUSE 11.0; KDE4.1; digiKam 0.9.3-70.1 (using KDE3); kipi-plugins 0.1.5-13.1; ati-fglrxG01-kmp-default 8.493_2.6.25.5_1.1-2.1 (catalyst 8.5). According to glxinfo the ATI driver is installed correctly. Regards, André -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
